Tried this on a friend’s recommendation for my sleep issues. I wouldn’t say I’m sleeping perfectly now, but I’m definitely waking up less, and my sleep feels way better. Can’t say much about the taste or smell: they all kinda seem the same to me. But this one wasn’t as unpleasant to smoke as others I’ve tried.
