While everyone’s tolerance is different, here is the general dosing guideline for Amanita muscaria:

Microdose: .2-2g

Low Dose: 2-5g

Medium Dose: 5g

Strong Dose: 10g

Heroic Dose: 15g+

To decarb, boil with water and lemon juice.

To make tea: Add your desired dose of Amanita to hot water. The water must be hot but not boiling; keep it between 160 to 175°F. Steep for 15 minutes. Strain the mushrooms, flavor with honey or lemon, and enjoy.

To make a tincture: Break 10 to 15 grams of Amanita caps into small pieces and place them into a glass jar. Cover them with 100 to 150 ml of vodka. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for 2–4 weeks, shaking occasionally. Strain and store it in a dropper bottle for precise dosing.
