Microdose: .2-2g
Low Dose: 2-5g
Medium Dose: 5g
Strong Dose: 10g
Heroic Dose: 15g+
To decarb, boil with water and lemon juice.
To make tea: Add your desired dose of Amanita to hot water. The water must be hot but not boiling; keep it between 160 to 175°F. Steep for 15 minutes. Strain the mushrooms, flavor with honey or lemon, and enjoy.
To make a tincture: Break 10 to 15 grams of Amanita caps into small pieces and place them into a glass jar. Cover them with 100 to 150 ml of vodka. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for 2–4 weeks, shaking occasionally. Strain and store it in a dropper bottle for precise dosing.

Not only was openness one of the general mushroom effects, but it rose during a psilocybin session. In nearly 60% of study participants, it “remained significantly higher than baseline more than 1 year after the session,” the researchers wrote.

As we all know from personal experience, in most cases, openness tends to decrease as people get older. Not always, but most often.
